នៅថ្ងៃទី ២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ អង្គការទិន្នន័យអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍ (អូឌីស៊ី) សហការជាមួយអង្គការមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលម្លប់ព្រហ្មវិហារធម៌ និងអង្គការស្រឡាញ់ធនធានធម្មជាតិកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំ «វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃការថតរូប និងផលិតវីដេអូដោយប្រើស្មាតហ្វូន» ដល់អ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ៤២ នាក់ (ស្ត្រី ១៣ នាក់) មកពីសហគមន៍នេសាទ សហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ និងដៃគូពីខេត្តកោះកុង និងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ 🤳🏻🎞

តាមរយៈវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ អ្នកចូលរួមបានពង្រឹងជំនាញក្នុងការផលិតមាតិកាឌីជីថលប្រកបដោយគុណភាព ដើម្បីលើកស្ទួយសំឡេងសហគមន៍ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មាន សកម្មភាព និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាតាមរយៈបណ្តាញសង្គម 🐟🏝

សកម្មភាពនេះអនុវត្តក្រោមគម្រោង «ពង្រឹងសកម្មភាពអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ដើម្បីអភិបាលកិច្ចសេដ្ឋកិច្ច (SCAEG)» ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រពីសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប តាមរយៈអង្គការអាក់សិនអេតកម្ពុជា។

On 2 June 2026, Open Development Cambodia (ODC), in collaboration with Mlup Promviheathor Center Organization (MPC) and Cambodia’s Natural Resource Loves Organization (CNRO), organized a training on “Basic Photography and Videography using Smartphones” for 42 participants (13 women) from Community Fisheries, Community Protected Areas, and partner organizations from Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk provinces 🤳🏻🎞

Through this training, participants strengthened their skills in producing quality digital content to amplify community voices and to share information, activities, and challenges through social media 🐟🏝

This activity was implemented under the project “Strengthening Civil Society Organizations to Take Action on Economic Governance (SCAEG),” with support from the European Union through ActionAid Cambodia.

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំមេដឹកនាំក្នុងតំបន់ អ្នកច្នៃប្រឌិត និងដៃគូ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីរបៀបដែលកិច្ចសហការរវាងវិស័យ ការវិនិយោគ និងនវានុវត្តន៍ កំពុងកំណត់ទិសដៅសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអវកាស និងបម្លែងគំនិតធំៗឲ្យក្លាយជាការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង 🪐🌎

Open Development Cambodia (ODC) conducted a Training on Digital Security and Responses to Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV) on 18-19 May 2026. Attended by 7 members (5 females) of CSOs, the two-day training aimed to build their digital security capacity for protecting themselves and their target groups from TFGBV 🚺🇰🇭✨

The training began with a comprehensive introduction to the TFGBV before transitioning to the digital security practices. The introduction covered trends, forms, and associated risks to vulnerable groups through separate sessions. It was then followed by sessions on essential knowledge and skills of digital security and survivor-centered approach 💬🌐🤖

This training was part of the Defending Women’s Rights to Safety in the Digital Space Project (Digi-Fem), implemented by ODC in collaboration with Klahaan with the support from the UN Trust Fund 🙌🏻🎉

On 11-12 May 2026, ODC organized a Training on Digital Security and Responses to Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV) with seven representatives (6 females) from CSOs who are working to promote gender equality in Cambodia 🚺🇰🇭✨

Through this two-days training, they built their understanding of TFGBV that is currently a digital risk in Cambodia, including the trends, forms, and risks commonly observed across social media platforms. They were also equipped with digital security practices and survivor-centered principles, needed to protect themselves as well as their target groups vulnerable to the TFGBV 💬🌐🤖

As part of the National Budget Working Group, ODC collaborates with the Royal Government of Cambodia and development partners to advance transparency and accountability in public financial management, ensuring spending aligns with national development priorities, including climate resilience. The workshop aims to strengthen civic engagement, oversight, and inclusive participation in Cambodia’s public finance processes 💰🌐

On 27-28 May, 2026, Open Development Cambodia (ODC) team join the Final consultation and Validation workshop on the Tonle Sap Basin Water Security Assessment organised by Tonle Sap Authority (TSA), in collaboration with the World Bank, the Australian Government through the Australia Water Partnership (AWP) 🌐💡

👉🏻 The Final Technical Consultation and Validation Workshop result in:
-Validated findings and recommendations from the SOTB and WSA Reports
-Consolidated stakeholders input priority water security challenges, hotspot areas, and proposed actions for the Tonle Sap Lake Basin
-Agreed priority actions, dissemination and implementation pathways
-Enhanced stakeholder ownership and alignment, strengthening coordination among TSA members
-Cleared roadmap for next steps and
-Finalized the SOTB and WSA reports and informing subsequent phases of the Tonle Sap Basin program

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការទិន្នន័យអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍ (អូឌីស៊ី) ក្នុងនាមជាដៃគូសហការ បានចូលរួមក្នុង “សិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ថ្នាក់ជាតិអំពីគោលនយោបាយសន្តិសុខសិទ្ធិកាន់កាប់ដីធ្លី ជលផល ព្រៃឈើ និងបរិស្ថាននៅកម្ពុជា” ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ 🐟🌳

កម្មវិធីនេះបានប្រមូលផ្តុំតំណាងពីស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល សហគមន៍ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធជាច្រើន ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាលើការពង្រឹងសន្តិសុខសិទ្ធិកាន់កាប់ដីធ្លី និងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា 💡✨

💬 ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម សាយ សំអាល់ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា “ការធ្វើការជាមួយអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលជាជំហានមួយដ៏ល្អសម្រាប់សង្គមជាតិយើងទាំងអស់គ្នា”។

On 27 May 2026, Open Development Cambodia (ODC), as a partner organization, participated in the “National Consultation Workshop on Policy Framework on Tenure Security of Land, Fisheries, Forests, and Environment in Cambodia” held at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction 🐟🌳

The workshop gathered representatives from government institutions, the European Union, civil society organizations, communities, and relevant stakeholders to discuss strengthening land tenure security and natural resource management in Cambodia 💡✨

💬 During the event, H.E. Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, stated, “Working together with civil society organizations is a positive step for our society as a whole.”
