តោះចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីពីការសិក្សាគម្រោងប្លង់ និងការសាងសង់អាគារដែលរៀបចំដោយក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ ដើម្បីបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងពីការសាងសង់នៅកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់គ្នា។

ក្រុមការងារ MEDAS សូមចូលរួមរំលែកទុកយ៉ាងក្រៀមក្រុំ ដល់គ្រួសារនៃសពទាំង 18 នាក់ ដែលបានបាត់បង់ជីវិតបន្ទាប់ពីការរលំអាគារកំពស់ ៧ ជាន់ នៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ។ សូមវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធនៃសពបានទៅដល់សុគតិភព។

ដោយបំណងល្អពីក្រុមការងារ យើងខ្ញុំសំនូមពរសុំអោយក្រុមហ៊ុនសំណង់ទាំងជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិបង្កើនការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ក្នុងការសាងសង់ ដោយគោរពតាមស្តង់ដារបច្ចេកទេសអោយបានខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួន៕

អគារ Burj Khalifa មានកម្ពស់ 828 ម៉ែត្រ ជាអគារខ្ពស់ជាងគេបំផុតនៅលើពិភពលោកចាប់តាំងពីការបញ្ចប់ការសាងសង់នៅឆ្នាំ 2008 ។ អគារនេះមានទីតាំងស្ថិតនៅក្នុងទីក្រុងឌូបៃដែលជាទីក្រុងមួយរបស់អារ៉ាប់រួម។ ការសំរេចចិត្តនៃការសាងសង់អគារនេះឡើងគឺស្របទៅតាមទស្សនៈវិស័យរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលអារ៉ាប់រួមដើម្បីធ្វើចម្រុះកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចដែលពីមុនផ្តោតសំខាន់លើប្រេង និងអោយទីក្រុងឌូបៃមាននិមិត្តរូបតំណាងដើម្បីទទួលបានការទទួលស្គាល់ជាអន្តរជាតិ។
ប្លង់ជាន់អាគារនេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតជារាងអក្សរ Y ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយកម្លាំងខ្យល់និងដើម្បីភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការសាងសង់។ ស្លាបទាំងបីរបស់អាគារមានស្នូល និងសសរជុំវិញសាងសង់ពីបេតុងកំលាំងទំរខ្ពស់ ត្រូវបានភ្ជាប់បញ្ចូលគ្នាតាមរយៈស្នូលកណ្តាលរាងប្រាំមួយជ្រុងដើម្បីបង្កើតប្រព័ន្ធអគារដែលរឹងមាំធន់ជាមួយកំលាំងបង្វិល។

Burj Khalifa

The Burj Khalifa standing at 828 m has been the tallest building in the world since its topping in 2008. The building is located in Dubai, an emirate of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The conception of the building is reportedly based on the decision of the government to diversify from an oil-based economy, and for Dubai to gain international recognition.
The building’s floor plan is shaped into a Y letter to reduce wind forces and to enhance constructability. The three wings with their own high-performance concrete core and perimeter columns form a rigid diaphragm via a six-sided central core to create a structural system that is torsionally stiff.
