Cantonese roast duck from YI Sang is extremely crispy and sweet!
It does, however, have certain health advantages.
Protein, vitamins, and minerals like iron and zinc are all present in large quantities in duck meat.

Chinese sticky rice dumpling, also known as "zongzi" in Chinese, is a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings such as pork belly, salted duck egg yolk, dried shrimps, mushroom and wrapped in lotus leaves.
This delicious rice dish is traditionally eaten during the Duanwu Festival, also commonly known as the "Dragon Boat Festival" in English.
