Native Landscape Design

💡[𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 ]

We incorporated sculptural stone from the site into our landscape design, blending raw textures with clean cuts.

We’ve highlighted three types of sandstone in our design, each chosen for its historical significance and distinct properties. Inspired by our temple craftsmanship, these stones are applied thoughtfully across the landscape, emphasizing beauty and functionality.

Designed with purpose and crafted with care, the garden features custom play zones, a pet-friendly dog plaza, and an outdoor gym, combining fitness, play, and relaxation.

The innovative terrain planter wall adds depth and greenery, creating an expansive feel in a compact area. Every detail—from sculptural trees to textured softscapes—has been carefully selected to enhance the outdoor experience for families and communities alike.

Universidad del Valle de Guatemala , one of Guatemala City's leading universities.

We designed a flexible and visually dynamic space, focusing more on the play of lines rather than the quantity of plants due to the roof's weight restrictions. Within the overall design, we included cozy, intimate nooks for students, featuring chairs, tables, and play areas, creating a functional yet inviting environment.

𝗶𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹

iCAN offers outstanding education in Phnom Penh, using the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and the National Curriculum for England to enrich learning. Their learner-centered approach encourages students to be thoughtful, creative, critical thinkers, and collaborators, supporting their development emotionally, socially, and academically. Small class sizes and diverse nationalities create a dynamic environment where every child feels a sense of belonging and is encouraged to reach their full potential.

From the cozy amphitheater nestled within calming greens where students enjoy afternoon reading sessions, to a palm-tree maze that connects the front and back yards, to a circular kids' playground where swings hang from a big tree and a huge bamboo provides shade from the morning sun, the overall landscape design provides a unique and natural environment for children in their early years.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘀 l 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗮

Earth Naga is one of the three phases in the Learning with Nagas playground project. It invites children to connect with nature as they explore the earth beneath them, focusing on balance, jumping, and climbing. Another section of this playground encourages kids to both compete and cooperate as they navigate winding paths and share swings. These features together provide children with enriching experiences, helping them develop motor skills and immerse themselves in the natural environment around them.

The other phases include Water Naga, where children are encouraged to discover new sensations by building sandcastles and playing with water, and Flying Naga, which lets them soar to new heights as they run, slide, and crawl, embracing the freedom of the sky.
