There's no reason for smaller country with weaker economy like Cambodia invade Thailand territory.

The idea of Cambodia invading Thailand is strategically illogical and baseless. Thailand has a far stronger military, and any attack would lead to swift and devastating consequences for Cambodia.

Cambodia is focused on economic development, reducing poverty, and attracting investment. A war would destroy its tourism sector, invite sanctions, and reverse years of progress.

As a member of ASEAN, Cambodia is committed to peaceful conflict resolution, not aggression. Border issues are addressed through negotiation and legal means.

In short, war with Thailand brings no benefit—only disaster. Cambodia’s true national interest lies in peace, stability, and growth.

Thai is trying to fool people around the world. Thai is bigger than Khmer. Thai has a lot of influencers, celebrities bigger than Khmer. But just because they have a big voice, doesn’t mean they get to change the story.

For Cambodia, we are the Khmer Empire. Everyone can do just a one-click Google, and you’ll see who was the biggest Khmer Empire. And all the land that Thailand is sitting on right now used to belong to Cambodia, before they won the war. We accept that.

But as of now, in 2025, just yesterday - they are trying to do it once again. History is repeating itself. They are trying to create the war, act like the victim, and point the finger at Cambodia. This is what Thailand has always done to Cambodia.

And it’s not just Cambodia. You can ask people from neighboring countries like Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, and more - Thailand is always trying to steal their lands, acting like they are the biggest country in Asia or something.

So I hope everyone is not easily fooled by Thailand. Try to dig a little bit more about history, about the facts, before you go sharing those stories and deciding who you choose to believe.

Ever since the incident on 18th May 2025, Thailand’s leadership has repeatedly made reckless decisions that have worsened relations between Cambodia and Thailand, decisions that have harmed not just diplomacy but also the Thai people themselves. On the morning of 24th July 2025, Thailand made the fateful decision to invade Cambodian territory intentioanlly.

Since 6:30 a.m., Thai military forces violated existing agreements and deploying drones for two minutes. By 8:30 a.m., Thai troops had fired shots into the sky, and at 8:46 a.m., they officially opened fire near Prasat Ta Muen Thom. The aggression then expanded toward Prasat Ta Krobei and Phnom Kmouch, with F-16 fighter jets entering the conflict. These attacks took place in the provinces of Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear. Shockingly, Thai troops also caused deliberate damage to the sacred Preah Vihear Temple, which holds UNESCO World Heritage status. The world knows, Cambodia is using the right of self-defense toward these aggression act.

So, who is to blame? The responsibility lies squarely with Thailand’s leaders, whose oversized egos pushed them to provoke Cambodia. In contrast, Cambodian leaders, Samdech Hun Sen and Samdech Hun Manet, have consistently issued statements urging peace and calling for steps to prevent escalation. Despite these efforts, the arrogance and miscalculation of the Thai leadership have led to needless bloodshed, with dozens of Thai soldiers and civilians killed, and many more injured.

These leaders must face not only international condemnation but also domestic political backlash for their disastrous choices. Their reckless actions have plunged Thailand into chaos, eroding both its stability and credibility.
