Case Interview: WCFO (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.
On 15 June 2026, Students from SCA visited WCFO (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. and interviewed Mr. Wan Chao, General Manager, to learn about business operations, HRM practices, recruitment, training, compensation, and workplace challenges.
WCFO’s Cambodia factory was established in 2020 as a 100% China-owned OEM manufacturer, mainly producing fiber optic products. Students gained practical insights into employee training and overtime-based bonus schemes.

On 02.06.2026, students from SCA visited APL Logistics Company as part of an industry learning experience. During the meeting, our students conducted an interview with the Human Resources (HR) team to gain insights into the company's operations, workplace culture, recruitment processes, and career opportunities within the logistics industry.

Firm Visit: Khmer Concrete Co., Ltd.
Students from SCA visited Khmer Concrete Co., Ltd., where we learn the production of structural concrete components, including concrete poles, concrete cross-arms, CLC blocks (cellular lightweight concrete), and standard cement blocks. Students observed how the company manages an entirely in-house manufacturing process from raw materials to final products, coordinates inventory within a massive open-air warehouse, and utilizes a sustainable recycling system to turn production waste into new products.

Students from the Bachelor's program in Business and Supply Chain Analytics Engineering visited Vongchan Cable Co., Ltd. During the visit, our students had the opportunity to learn about the cable production process, starting from raw materials (RM) to finished goods (FG) ready for sale in the market.

Firm Visit: Saekaraj Transfo Co., Ltd.
Students from SCA visited Saekaraj Transfo Co., Ltd. During the visit, our students had the opportunity to learn about the transformer production process, starting from raw materials ready for production to final products ready for sale in the market. Students also learned how the company provides transformer repair services to customers and how the factory prioritizes worker safety in daily operations.

Site Visit: La Plantation
On 15.05.2026, students from SCA visited La Plantation. During the site visit, our students had the opportunity to learn about the pepper production process, from farming and harvesting to processing, packaging, and the final product. This visit allowed students to connect classroom learning with real-world business operation.
