- 6 Large rooms with AC, private bathroom, extra large comfy king sized beds, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, free refill water.
- Rooms with either 2 king sized beds or 1 king sized bed and large balcony.
- One free clean per week (fresh sheets/towels etc)

- Free WiFi (although not the best). Cellcard and Metfone SIM cards work well here.
- Would need own transport as in a slightly more remote location. Have scooters to rent for monthly price.
