Elim Tea is looking for a dependable and experienced Tuk Tuk Driver to support our delivery operations within Nairobi.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Elim Tea products safely and efficiently to clients around Nairobi

Maintain delivery records and ensure timely dispatch

Keep the tuk tuk clean and in good working condition

Observe traffic rules and ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries

Requirements:

Valid Driving License (Class FG or BCE)

Minimum 2 years’ experience driving a tuk tuk in Nairobi

Good knowledge of Nairobi routes

Honest, punctual, and self-motivated

Basic communication and record-keeping skills

Location: Nairobi

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Direct Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This role involves:

Engaging customers daily

Driving sales growth

Expanding our market footprint

Delivering exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads and drive sales of our premium PF1 black tea
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Identify and pursue new market opportunities
✅ Educate customers on product features and promotions
✅ Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
✅ Gather and relay customer feedback and market trends
Qualifications & Skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong customer service orientation
✔ Proven experience in direct sales or marketing
✔ Ability to negotiate and close deals
✔ Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
✔ Experience in FMCG sales is an added advantage
Compensation

💰 Retainer + Commission
Earn a competitive base retainer plus attractive commission based on performance.
