This is a bedroom townhouse design. This floor plan has one bedroom at ground floor with an adjacent bathroom.The two other bedrooms are located at second floor sharing sharing a common bath and also having their own built in cabinets.The ground floor also house a living room, dining/kitchen and service area.

Contemporary Single Storey House Plan
This is a Modern Classic design with 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. The living room is open to Dining and Kitchen which will add extra space in each of these areas. Dining is also accessible from the Patio located at the Garage. Lot is also maximized since one side of the house serves as firewall and fence along the garage side. Minimum lot area of 192.00 sq.m. (13.56m x 14.15m) as per plan has allowances on all 3 sides from the fence. In front 2 meters, right side and back has an allowance of 1.5 meters each.
