Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that healing, hope, and support matter for everyone โ€” especially q***r refugees and asylum seekers who continue to face displacement, discrimination, and uncertainty with incredible courage.
To every LGBTQ+ refugee and asylum seeker: your identity is valid, your story matters, and your mental health deserves care, safety, and compassion. You are not alone. Even in difficult moments, there is strength in community, resilience in survival, and hope for brighter days ahead.
Let us continue creating safe spaces where q***r people can live openly, heal freely, and access the support they deserve without fear or stigma.
This month, and every month, we stand for dignity, inclusion, and mental wellness for all.

The global Theme for IDAHOBIT (International day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia) is at the heart of democracy.
The theme emphasizes that truly Democratic societies cannot thrive without equality, safety and representation for everyone especially at the time when LGBTQIA+ rights and bodily autonomy face growing challenges globally #@ COSIR we value them at heart ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™

Silence protects the wrong

This month is a reminder to:
โ€ข Speak up when something feels wrong
โ€ข Respect boundaries
โ€ข Believe and support survivors
โ€ข Create safe spaces for everyone

Consent is not optional and respect is not negotiable.

Letโ€™s build a culture where dignity, respect, and safety are the standard , not the exception.

๐Ÿ’™ Thank You for Making This Possible

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and participated in our recent campaign. Because of your generosity, COSIR was able to conduct a food relief program, where community members received food vouchers to help meet their basic needs.

Your support has brought real relief, dignity, and hope to many during a challenging time. Every contribution truly made a difference.

Together, we continue to build a stronger and more caring community. Thank you for standing with us. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
