Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that healing, hope, and support matter for everyone — especially q***r refugees and asylum seekers who continue to face displacement, discrimination, and uncertainty with incredible courage.
To every LGBTQ+ refugee and asylum seeker: your identity is valid, your story matters, and your mental health deserves care, safety, and compassion. You are not alone. Even in difficult moments, there is strength in community, resilience in survival, and hope for brighter days ahead.
Let us continue creating safe spaces where q***r people can live openly, heal freely, and access the support they deserve without fear or stigma.
This month, and every month, we stand for dignity, inclusion, and mental wellness for all.

The global Theme for IDAHOBIT (International day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia) is at the heart of democracy.
