The main objective of the SHIFT Program is to ensure a “gender transformative” approach in our interventions aimed at curbing reinforcement of negative societal norms and values.

SHIFT PROGRAM is one of the innovative program implementation approaches designed by Bethel Network with the objective of integrating boys and girls, parents and policy makers in an effort to advance Gender Mainstreaming and Analysis.

The mind is one of the most powerful entities given to man.
Once the mindset changes, life changes.

We were off to an amazing launch of the Shift Program - Bomet Edition with various dignitaries in attendance. Special thanks to Madam Clara, CO Gender Bomet County who pioneered the Bomet County Shift Program on behalf of the Governor Hon. Dr. Joyce Labosso, Mary, Director Bethel Network, Various County Officials, Bethel Network staff, Ministry of Education Officials, Head Teachers, Peer Counselling Teachers and The students.
