Psalm 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble."
Our God is our shelter and our refuge in Whom we can hide during storms and life difficulties. He is our strong Tower and our firm fortress to Whom we can run for protection. God is waiting to hear us call for help; and if or when we call, He will respond.
1 Corinthians 16:13 "Be on your guard; stand firm in faith; be courageous; be strong."
If we are looking only at the present circumstances we will be shaken, but if we are grounded in God's Word and the promise of eternity, we will stand firm and see the deliverance of the LORD.

The times are tough and people are feeling the pressure in the heat of hard times. It is a daily struggle waiting for God's intervention. The reports across the globe are depressing but we can choose to rise above the battles. We can still remain steadfast, strong and faithful. Not because we are strong in ourselves, but because the LORD is strong in us. We were never meant to fight our battles alone. It is God, Himself, who holds the power to fight and win. Ours is to hide ourselves in Him. (Psalm 32:6-7 & 27:4-5). May God bless you as we continue lifting our nations and leaders in prayers. Pray without ceasing.
