Going the Extra Mile for Our Clients – A Visit to Kiserian!

Successful Roof and Water Area Repairs at Murema Primary School – A Community Impact Project

We are thrilled to share another successful community project! Good Fundi Services recently received a call from the Rotaract Club of Nairobi Thika Road, highlighting urgent repair needs at Murema Primary School in Kasarani. The school was facing a leaking roof, and their water area was not in the best condition for use.

After meeting with their project director and team, we assessed the affected areas and formulated a plan. Given that classes were in session during the week, we scheduled the work for the weekend to minimize disruption. On Saturday, we arrived on-site, mapped out the tasks, and procured all necessary materials to ensure a seamless workflow on Sunday—especially since most hardware stores remain closed on Sundays.

Our dedicated team was full of energy and commitment. By the evening, the job was completed as per the requirements. We replaced torn roofing sheets, sealed off leaking nail holes, and reinforced loose iron sheets with additional roofing nails. The transformation was remarkable, ensuring a safer and more secure environment for the students and staff.

Later that night, heavy rains poured, putting our work to the test. Early this morning, we revisited the site, and to our satisfaction, everything remained intact! No leaks, no washed-away masonry—just a job well done.

A huge thank you to our hardworking team for their dedication and to the Rotaract Club of Nairobi Thika Road for trusting us with this impactful project. We are honored to serve the community through such meaningful work.
