6teaspoon baking powder (if using plain flour)
1cup (250gms) white sugar
4 eggs
1cup milk.
500gms margarine
Drops of vanilla essence
Add all ingredients to list.
DIRECTIONSpreheat oven to 400 degreesstir together the flour,baking powder,salt and sugar in a large bowl.make a well in the centre. in a small bowl beat egg with a fork.stir in milk and oil.pour all at once into the well in the flour mixture.mix quickly and lightly with a fork until moistened.Pour the batter into paper lined muffin pan cupsbake for 25 minutes.

:in a bowl add flour, sugar to your taste, 100 grams of flour to one tea spoon baking soda and mix well
:make a small well at the center and add margarine, Butternut, lemon zest and eggs mixed with milk

Wheat flour

Knead the sausage with a little wheat flour season with a little salt and black pepper.
Coat the boiled eggs with the sausage.
Dip the coated egg in the beaten eggs and finally coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown .
