It wasn’t about cruelty. it was about courage, strength, and protecting the community.
An elder once told me, “A man who cannot protect his people is not yet a man.” 🦁
Today, that tradition has faded to protect wildlife, but the spirit of bravery still lives on in the way Maasai warriors guard their land and culture.
It reminded me that true courage is not about fighting, but about protection and responsibility.
