My humble opinion to our government on tribalism.

I feel like tribal associations should be banned in the country to reduce political division and ensure fair treatment for everyone. Banning these groups limits corruption and gives all citizens an equal chance at jobs and government resources. While it is good to respect culture, putting tribal identity ahead of national unity causes conflict.( there should be no Nuer, Dinka ,bari and murle association) in this current time ,asociation has to be regional based not tribal such( upper nile community,Gonglei community, Central equatoria community ,and Rumbek community etc.this will minimize the tribal mind set our community undergoes.

Many experts and citizens feel that these groups often act as political clubs that favor certain people over others. Scholars note that when a government limits tribal identity in politics, it can help create a fairer and more peaceful society. However, laws must be careful to protect basic rights like freedom of association, while still making sure no one is discriminated against.Finding the right balance depends on building strong national institutions. By prioritizing laws that treat everyone equally, a country can outgrow the need for these exclusive groups.
