THE TOP 20 AFRICAN METAL SONGS OF 2023
Welcome metalheads of Africa and the world to the moment we've all been waiting for. African Metal Authority would not exist without the sustaining lifeblood that is the music made by the bands and artists from our dark and mighty continent. We say that every year reveals yet again just how diverse and incredible the arena of talent and effort is in the African metallic underground. We document these moments with our weekly Top 10 and monthly Top 20 and there's always such an overflow of material. The growth of the scene is a wondrous thing to behold.
Narrowing down the year to just 20 songs is never an easy task but it is a tradition at this point, so without further ado, here's the top 20 African Metal Songs of 2023. Remember to support these bands on their social accounts, stream their music, purchase their records and buy some merch. And come back here for more African Metal!
