Good morning my good people, let's touch on matters mindfulness. Did u know that most people going through the motions of life will at one point or another make a decision tht will definitely break their hearts n healed their sou? What decisions have u made that have broken your heart but ultimately healed ua soul? Let's share our experience to learn from each other.
A lot of people nowadays are soo invested in their past that they literary refuse to live for today. This sucks the life and enthuthiasm out of them making them miserably unhappy. It's important to know that if you do not leave your past in the past it will ultimately destroy your future. Let's try to live for what today has to offer and not what yesterday has taken away. we cannot possibly change the past so why dwell on it folks?

Most people are always asking how can we lead a mentally healthier life? well my friends one way to achieve this is by learning how and when to walk away from people who constantly put u down, learn to walk away from those confrontations that never seem to get resolved no matter the effort you put in, learning that you do not have to please those who never see ua worth or appreciate your time and effort. By doing these things you will discover that the more you distance yourself from the very things that poison your soul and mind, the healthier your life and mental wellbeing will be.
