“Don’t expect handouts from people. Don’t give up when everyone turns away stand firm and be resilient. There’s real power in forcing yourself to get up and try again, even when you feel overwhelmed. Be curious about the world and people around you, invest in yourself, and have the courage to dream big.”
— Alice Gugelev, CEO, GDI Africa
