I wish to introduce to you picky. Picky operates a network of delivery points across the country serving merchants by enabling them optimise last mile logistics hence improving fulfilment and enhancing customer experience.

We work with courier operators to deliver your products to your end customers. We give you a platform to book, track and collect cash on your behalf from customers who would like to pay COD.
With our innovative app, now customers can pay upon delivery and can also return defective items.

1. Register with picky as a merchant and use picky merchant app to book deliveries. You also nominate your curior and the receiving picky hub - were your end Customer is based.
You can also accept COD terms and advise the amount you want us to collect from the customer.

2. We will notify the Courier and coordinate everything.

3. The parcel will be delivered to our collection hub were we will inspect for damages. If a damage is noted, we shall advise accordingly and probably reject and require the courier operator to pay (cost price and courier fee)

4. If the package is sound, We will notify you and folow up with customer to ensure the item is picked or delivered. (Sometimes customers are busy and need to be reminded.)

5. We will issue package to customer and collect any amount and send it to you same day.

6. We also handle returns for defective items. Customers can drop defective items with us and we arrange for returns.
