As part of his agenda to improve education in Igembe Central Constituency, MP Hon. Dan Kiili wa Karitho has announced full payment of school fees for all Form Four students in day secondary schools.
The announcement was made by CDF Chairman Reuben Kaberia during the bursary application exercise attended by students from universities, colleges, and boarding secondary schools. Education remains a top priority in the MP’s development agenda.

Marengo’s Car Vandalized
“Today, while attending Wanyeri’s son’s Mpumíro ceremony at the home of the Deputy President in Mukothima Ward, hired goons allegedly linked to a Mukothima Ward aspirant and an aspirant Member of Parliament for Tharaka Constituency vandalized Mheshimiwa Marengo’s vehicle by breaking its windscreen. We strongly condemn such cowardly acts. Politics should never be expressed through violence or the destruction of property. Mukothima Ward stands for peace, respect, and lawful engagement,” said Miguna Miguna, personal assistant to MCA Marengo

Embu Senator Alexander Munyi Mundigi dismisses Democratic Party of Kenya (DPK) claims of backing a rival aspirant for the Mbeere North parliamentary seat, calling the summons flawed. Mundigi says he was denied a hearing, cites Kenya Kwanza coalition rights, and maintains he remains a loyal member and acting deputy party leader.
