Dear married women, before another man touches you, pause and ask yourself;
That can he give you that your husband can’t?
And if it's just money, will the money last forever?
Can the money feed you and your children forever?.
Better to close your legs, pray for your husband, and support him if he’s struggling.
Tomorrow, you’ll both smile at the home you protected.

1. Your body is not foolish; it alerts you when something is wrong.
2. When you experience bloating or what you commonly call "gas" after eating, it’s your body desperately signaling that something is wrong.
3. This is your body’s way of telling you that your gut microbiome is compromised.
