I didn’t expect building my home to turn into a lesson in frustration, loss, and pure disappointment 🤕🤕

This is my real experience with and people deserve to know

On 3rd March, I placed an order witMabati Rolling Millsls: • 82 versatile iron sheets (3m, 2.7m, 2.1m)
• 1 flat sheet roll (12m)
• 30 ridges

I was promised delivery within 3-4 weeks to Kitale. Simple enough, right?

Week 4 - I follow up. I’m taken in circles.
Week 5 - I’m told to send my site location “in preparation” for delivery. I comply immediately... then silence

Week 6 - I finally hear from them... not to confirm delivery, but to tell me I must PAY for transport myself 😡😡

Why? Because “no other deliveries were heading my direction”

Let that sink in...

I didn’t order as part of a group. I placed my own order, paid in full, and still got penalized for THEIR logistics

Meanwhile, my house structure was exposed to heavy rains. My wooden trusses were already up. My steel doors and windows were rusting. I had no choice, I paid for delivery out of desperation

Then it gets worse 😥😱

When the delivery finally arrived, I was told on-site that 15 ridges were MISSING!

Missing 🥲🙆‍♀

After all that waiting, all that cost, all that stress 😩 my order was still incomplete.
I raised the issue immediately. What followed? Excuses. Delays. No accountability

A week later, I’m asked AGAIN to pay transport costs 🥱 this time for the missing ridges

Only for them to deliver ridges that were not what I had ordered, not matching the original specification

More money. More delays. More disruption. More paying fundis repeatedly to come back and fix what should have been done once

I was promised a call from a senior customer care representative on Monday, 20th April.
Today is Friday, 24th April.
No call. No resolution. No accountability.
Just silence 🔕😌

This isn’t just about poor service. This is about the emotional and financial toll on someone trying to build a home 🥺😢
Watching materials get damaged, timelines collapse, and costs spiral because a company failed to deliver on basic promises

Is this really the level of service customers should expect? 🙆‍♀

If this is how customers are treated after paying in full, then something is seriously broken.
No one building a home should have to go through this

People deserve better 😭😭😭😭😭
