ION Community Library Project Fundraiser Restore Hope International is dedicated to bringing hope, health, and dignity to underserved populations in Kenya and Uganda, especially women and children.
Most children in rural Kenya do not have adequate access to books or a quality education. At Restore Hope International, we have endeavored to bridge this gap by providing academic scholarships and, are now broadening our reach through a Community Library and Information Resource Centre.
Books are by far the most cost effective input on student achievement and, remain the primary source of information for intellectual development. By improving access to information we are providing this community the tools they need to improve their own lives and, ultimately gain economic independence.
