What breaks my heart most about this incident is how easily it could have been any of us. It could have been you. It could have been me. We all cherish that trip to kenya with the kids.

I keep thinking about the children’s photos—Pre-K graduations, birthdays, Thanksgiving moments, playing at the mall, school awards, family trips to Disney and New York. Just the ordinary, everyday memories we all create with our kids without ever imagining they could suddenly stop.

That’s what makes this so painful. These parents did everything right. They gave their children love, experiences, and a full life—the same things I give my own kids every single day.

And yet, in one moment, everything can end.

Seeing the three of them lying side by side in white caskets was one of the most heartbreaking things I have ever witnessed. It’s a pain that stays with you, because it forces you to confront just how fragile life is—and how quickly everything we cherish can be taken away. 💔

💔💔💔"If I had only known I would lose ALL of you in ONE cruel day. I would have turned back the hands of time. I would have hugged you tighter until my arms ached, 😘kissed every tear away, laughed until our sides hurt, whispered 'I love you' a thousand more times. My beautiful Njeri, my sweet Emmanuel Nyori, my little Emmanuel Kairu—my entire world ripped away in an instant. The Christmas joy we chased turned into this endless nightmare. Mummy's heart is shattered beyond repair. How do I breathe without you?" 😭 Wambui Ndirangu, mother to three children lost in a Naivasha crash. Usikose kumwambia pole.
