Cooking at home will humble you very fast. 😂

One minute you’re watching food content online saying “I can cook better than this,” the next minute onions are burning, tomatoes are refusing to soften, and the salt has entered the chat aggressively.

But honestly, cooking at home has taught me serious life lessons.
Patience. Budgeting. Anger management. Timing. Multitasking. 😂

These days, I even understand why our mothers used to get annoyed when someone kept opening sufurias before food is ready.

Still, there’s something satisfying about eating your own food after struggling in that kitchen for one hour like a contestant on a cooking show nobody is sponsoring.

Adulting for us women is basically asking yourself “what should we cook today?” every single day until Jesus comes.

Learn to discern those who come carrying books, especially the Bible.
Not everyone who quotes scripture carries good intentions.
Some hide manipulation behind kindness, deception behind religion, and danger behind a familiar face.

Wisdom is not in blindly trusting appearances, but in observing character, actions, and consistency.
