Such a wreckless statement by Governor Kahiga of Nyeri County, who is supposedly Deputy Chairperson Council Of Governors... Apparently he rose to the position he holds today after the death of Wamunyoro's brother himself having been the Deputy Governor.....

Leaders really need to measure what they say in public, but then again.... out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.
