A young woman complaining about her hard life is shown by her chef father how different objects
react to boiling water.
- The potato becomes soft
- The egg becomes hard.
- The coffee beans transform the water into something new.
Lesson: Adversity brings change, but the key is how you choose to respond and adapt to challenges.

Congratulations boys Ishiara FC for today’s win and the journey behind the work.
Where we were when the year turned and where we are today is a true testament of what you can get with hardwork, dedication and putting God first.
Today’s win secures our place in Div 1 next season.
A very good job from the boys who have fought against all odds to ensure this is achieved. To those that helped us gain promotion and those that have ensured we retained it, we appreciate you.
The fans and supporters who have come through for us throughout the season. We appreciate you. You are the reason we have achieved what we have over the years.
To our leaders, led by our patron Geoffrey Kiringa RUKU, Governor, Area MP Hon. Leo Wa Mūthende and all others that have supported this great team, we appreciate. You chose to support us at a time when many would have run away. Thank you so much.
To the Technical bench, you are the heroes of this storyline. With one final game to the end of the season, we need to finish on a high. Your ability has never been in doubt.
A lot is demanded of this team. Our fans have made it clear. That next season they want us to push for NSL. The journey starts now.
To our brother M27, you would have enjoyed this one. I’m sure you are smiling wherever you are. First one done. Two more to go.
Road To NSL starts now.

Running a community team, the size of Ishiara FC is no easy task. The amount of stress involved, sacrifices made and the logistics behind it are beyond overwhelming.
The phases we have had to undergo throughout the years have been a testament of how far a community team can go when given the right support. To the point that a team from a small town that remained unknown for many years is somewhere in the footballing maps of the entire country.
This season, we started on a low. Many challenges both on and off the field. By the standards set in the previous seasons, the start we had in this one was below par. Sacrifices and tough decisions were made to ensure we turned our fortunes around. At some point, we found ourselves at the bottom of the table, but we didn’t lose hope and still won’t lose hope.
Though we still have 4 more games to go to the end of the season, and everything to fight for, expect the boys to continue pushing for the season’s target. Behind the matches you have witnessed on the pitch at Mayo and all over the country, there has been vigorous training sessions, countless boardroom meetings, numerous sacrifices made, to mention but a few. Many decisions have had to be made.
One of those decisions that has seen the recent improvement since the beginning of this year is the introduction of Hon Geoffrey Kiringa RUKU as the Club Patron. Story ya huyu msee and the input he has had in ensuring the team that has been a darling of many in Embu County and beyond continues to fight in the league requires a whole book. Not a chapter.
For today, allow me to appreciate the tireless work that you continue to do not just for the entire country, but also for this team. Waziri, words can’t describe the amount of gratitude and admiration we have for you. But for now, allow us to say Thank You. Na hatutakuangusha.
Ni k**a tutaanza podcast ya Ishiara Fc soon. There are many stories that our fans need to hear about our exciting journey, by the players, coaches, management and fans. Coming soon
