Congratulations to Dr. Joseph Kipkemoi Koskei(Director), and the other three members, who have since been appointed to serve in The Kericho County Public Service Board.

This is one of the most critical bodies in our devolved units mandated to establish and manage an efficient, effective, and accountable human resource structure for the county government.

When recruiting Chairperson, Members, and CEO/Secretary for a County Public Service Board, one must prioritize merit, intergrity, and county diversity, in strict adherence to constitutional and statutory requirements.

It's, therefore, within the constitutional mandate of The County Assembly Committee On Appointments, to ensure that the process reflects national and regional values, and is in full compliance of the law.

Any other political rhetoric, peddled by naysayers who traded their intergrity for cheap handouts, trying to divert attention to suit their agenda, shall not in any way deter The Speaker and The County Assembly from doing the right thing.

Later CECM for Roads, Public Works and Transport upto 2022.

Currently serving as The Speaker Of The County Assembly Of Kericho.

Ten good years serving in The County Executive, and wrapping up another five years as The Head of The Legislative arm of The County Government.

A whooping 15 years of devolution proficiency.

He has a proven track record, and possesses the requisite experience needed to run the affairs of The County.

By merit and standards, KIPTEMOR deserves to be our next County Chief.
