Machakusi Primary School

Two storey building, comprising of seven classrooms and administration block building progressing so well.
This being one of the highly populated institutions within our constituency, this building will go a long way to easen the already overstretched classrooms, giving the learners an ample and conducive environment for excellence.

Akatagoroit Primary School

Construction of a four door pit latrine.
After several years of poor state of the school's lavatories, Teso South NGCDF came to the rescue of this school as it had been flagged down by the health officers.

The school having a significant number of learners had no proper sanitary facility.
We commit to keep on improving our public infrastructure.

Machakusi Primary School

Three storey Building coming up nicely. Admin block, seven classrooms and staffroom. We committed to deliver this with at most effectiveness, efficiency and great workmanship. Thank you for the trust and support.

Ojamii Primary School

A school that for a very long time had dilapidated infrustrures, old dusty classrooms, squeezed out of shape staffroom, rusty offices are having a sigh of relief after we commenced Construction of three floor storey building to which is taking shape very nicely.
The facility will comprise seven classrooms, offices for the headteacher, deputy, senior teacher and their secretaries.
As Teso South NGCDF we commit to change the narrative, we'll keep our mandate, to improve infrastructures in all our institutions.

We officially handed over the site for the construction of a 3-storey modern classroom block at Machakus Primary School, Amukura West Ward, officiated by my colleague Hon. Beatrice Adagala - Vihiga County Woman Rep and Deputy Chair of Wezesha Mama Inua Jamii, together with our Public Works officers and other distinguished guests.

This milestone comes at a time when Machakus Primary School has recorded remarkable growth in student enrollment, creating an urgent need for more learning spaces. Thanks to the full funding by Teso South NG-CDF, this project will meet that need by providing modern, spacious, and conducive classrooms for our children.

We are committed to ensuring the project is completed within the next few months, setting a new benchmark for timely delivery, while also creating employment opportunities for our local community during construction.

In Teso South Constituency, our priority remains to strengthen school infrastructure, so that our pupils and teachers have the best possible environment for learning and teaching.

The government's directive to have digital Hubs in every ward must be welcomed by all. Having a digital era come with a responsibility to the leaders to actualize this open reality.

As NGCDF we'll try our best to support our community by providing the necessary infrastructure for our constituents.

We started with the chakol North ward and the progress for the Huduma Jitume Digital Centre is impressive.

Great progress for our Junior Secondary School classrooms.
We are doing this across the constituency.

2024/2025 Financial Year is here with us as we roll out bursary disbursement to the learners within Teso South.
