No gear, no excuses — just movement, sweat, and good vibes.
Here’s your full roadmap. Start any time, but follow the weekly flow if you can. Week 2 = same challenges, just level them up.
Tag + use when you post your progress. Let’s build momentum, not just muscle.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE LINEUP
(Mon–Sun, repeat in Week 2 with level-ups)
MON – Sprint It Out
5 rounds of 20s sprint + 60s rest
Level-up: Add more rounds or hills
TUE – Go Upside Down
2 min total handstand, pike, or inversion hold
Level-up: Add shoulder taps or wall walks
WED – Glute Game
3 rounds: bridges, split squats, lunges, wall sit
Level-up: Add weight, more rounds, longer hold
THU – Team Energy
Each person gets 15K steps
Level-up: Add 14-min partner AMRAP
FRI – Core & Control
3 rounds: side plank, hollow hold, leg raises, climbers
Level-up: 4 rounds + 1 min plank finisher
SAT – Sweat Showdown
20-min AMRAP: run, push-ups, squats, jumping jacks
Level-up: Add burpees, increase run distance
SUN – Reset & Reflect
Hydrate (2.5–3L), share a healthy meal, optional stretch
Level-up: Add journaling – "What am I proud of this week?"
