DENZAI Bangladesh Ltd. is proud to announce the signing of a contract with KAFCO for the replacement of a 201-ton pool condenser at one of Bangladesh’s largest fertilizer production facilities.

As a one-stop solution provider, DENZAI will manage ocean freight from Italy to Bangladesh, heavy haulage, lifting, dismantling, installation, and disposal of the existing unit, supported by specialized equipment and engineering expertise.

To support this project, DENZAI Bangladesh Ltd. has invested in an Enerpac LH400SK Skidding System Set and 16 axles of Goldhofer heavy-duty modules (4 axles of THP/ADDrive SPMT and 12 axles of THP/SL), with 8 axles deployed here. An 800-ton crawler crane will also be mobilized from Singapore, with construction scheduled to begin in August.

DENZAI Bangladesh Ltd.は、バングラデシュ最大級の肥料生産施設を運営するKarnaphuli Fertilizer Company Limited（KAFCO）と、新プールコンデンサーの重量物運搬・据付・設置および既存設備の撤去に関する契約を締結しました。

DENZAIは、イタリアからバングラデシュまでの海上輸送をはじめ、重量物輸送、揚重、撤去、据付・設置までをワンストップで提供します。

本プロジェクトに向けて、Enerpac社製スキディングシステム一式およびGoldhofer社製THP/ADDrive、THP/SLを導入。また、本年8月には800t吊りクローラークレーンをシンガポールから輸送し、施工を開始する予定です。
専門機材とエンジニアリング力を活かし、安全性・効率性・品質を追求しながら、本プロジェクトの成功に貢献してまいります。



Enerpac Goldhofer Transport

DENZAI's second unit of our 2,500t crawler crane, the Liebherr LR 12500, was featured in recent media coverage of offshore wind farm construction at Akita Port following a press event hosted by Oga Katagami Akita Offshore Green Energy GK.

DENZAI is supporting offshore wind development in Akita, deploying some of the world's largest heavy lifting equipment, including multiple large crawler cranes.

When fully configured, the LR 12500 reaches a height of 162 metres, surpassing Akita Port Tower Selion, the tallest building in the city. The crane's hook block alone weighs 91.3 tonnes.

DENZAIは、世界最大級2500t吊りクローラークレーンをはじめとする超大型機材を用いて、秋田の洋上風力発電プロジェクトの一翼を担っています。

LR12500は、ブームを最長まで伸ばすと高さ162mに達し、フックの自重は91.3tに及びます。

Today, we held DENZAI Academy, where we welcomed MBA and Engineering students from the University of Kentucky to learn more about DENZAI’s international operations, engineering, and global project experience.

Students had the opportunity to hear directly from the DENZAI team and gain insight into the scale and complexity of infrastructure and energy projects across different regions.

The event was a valuable opportunity to connect with the next generation of business and engineering leaders.
Thank you to all of the students for visiting us and for the many thoughtful questions and discussions throughout the session.
