We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Duties and responsibilities
-Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
-Define most important social media KPIs.
-Manage and oversee social media content.
-Measure the success of every social media campaign.
-Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
-Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

Job requirements and qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Job Summary
A small but prolific design firm seeks a creative Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support our clients. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.

Responsibilities and duties
- Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current client workload.
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including info-graphics.
- Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design.
- Consult with clients’ marketing, copy-writing and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ corporate cultures and goals.

Qualifications and skills
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation.
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.
- 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
- Experience working with WordPress templates
Adaptive design eye and skill.
- Excellent communication skills
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
