Ellex Ultra Q™ – YAG Laser

The Ellex Ultra Q YAG Laser is a premium YAG laser system designed for fast, precise, and low-energy Nd:YAG laser treatments, including posterior capsulotomy and peripheral iridotomy. 😊

The problem was that the device displayed an error indicating communication loss between the base unit and the microscope head. All cables were tested and found to be working fine, so the issue was traced to the electronics in both the base unit and the microscope head. 😎

After repairing all issues and replacing several electronic components, the device is now working perfectly again, as per the manufacturer's recommendations. ✅ 🤭 ♨️

Medtronic Integrated Power Console (IPC™) System (model 1898001)

The multi-specialty Integrated Power Console (IPC™) powers tools used for the removal of soft tissue, hard tissue, and bone during ear, nose, and throat surgeries.

The device was booting up with Error 24, Error 25, and sometimes Error 26 or Error 27 displayed on the screen🧐. These issues were traced to the driver board, which contained several defective electronic components.😎

After repairing the board and replacing the faulty components, the device returned to normal operation and is now functioning according to the manufacturer’s specifications.😉💯

Buchi KjelFlex K-360 Distillation Unit was initially defective. It was not progressing to the heating stage and failed to fill the correct water sample. Additionally, the water pump ran longer than normal, causing the device to malfunction. 😎

After repairing several electronic and mechanical issues, including problems with some valves, the device has been successfully restored and is now operating according to the manufacturer’s specifications.😍💯💯

Schick CDR PanX Digital Panoramic X-Ray

The device was operational, but the images produced were incomplete—sometimes showing only half or a quarter of the image.

After thoroughly inspecting the entire system, we identified multiple issues, including problems with the iPan HS interface, power supply, and the sensor board.😎

Once all defective components were repaired and the issues resolved, the system was restored to full functionality, producing high-quality images with excellent clarity.😊🙃✌️💯

ATR Physioplus Brushless Surgical Unit ...

The system was operational, but the motor was not functioning at all. Upon inspection, we identified defective electronic components on the main PCB.

After replacing the faulty components and repairing the PCB, the device was restored to full functionality, operating smoothly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. 😊💯

The device was not functioning, and upon inspection, we noticed burned electronic components on the mainboard.

FUJIFILM (DR-ID 600) DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY (Flat Panel DR-ID 602EX).
The flat panel was not connecting to the system. Although the power LED was lit, the orange LED never turned on. The issue was traced to the LAN board responsible for controlling communication with the external system.

After repairing the board and replacing some electronic components, the device is now functioning perfectly, connecting seamlessly to the system without any errors.😎💯💯

APC Smart-UPS VT 40kVA 400V (Model: SUVTP40KH4B4S)

The system experienced multiple errors, including a power system module fault and fan fault, making the issues complex and challenging to resolve. The power fault was traced to the power system board, while the fan fault presented as an intermittent operation—fans would run for a few seconds, shut down, and then restart repeatedly. Additionally, the fans in the extension inverter exhibited similar behavior, turning off completely before briefly running again.

After thorough troubleshooting, we repaired all the errors by replacing several electronic components on the PCBs. The device was restored to full functionality, reliably delivering output power to the hospital floor loads without any further issues.
