DESMOND MCKENZIE RETIRING FROM POLITICS IN 2030 ?

According to my sources Desmond McKenzie told some labourites that he's not seeking re-election in the next General Election which means he's retiring . He's the MP for Kingston Western currently ,this is his fourth term as MP(2011-Present) . Mr.Mckenzie will be 77 September 2030 and in politics from 1977 as a Councillor .He was the Councillor for Denham Town from 1977-1984 and for Tivoli Gardens from 1990-2011 . He was councillor for over 28 years and MP for 19 years if the General Election is September 2030.

Desmond McKenzie is a veteran and will go down in history as the greatest Mayor for any Parish Municipal in Jamaica . If the news is true I hope the transition for this seat is handled well by the party .

MURDER RATE IN JAMAICA VS POLICE FATALITY

Murder Rate and Police Fatality from 2009-2025

2009 - Murders 1,683 and Police Fatality 301
2010 - Murders 1,449 and Police Fatality 309
2011 - Murders 1,133 and Police Fatality 210
2012 - Murders 1,102 and Police Fatality 219
2013 - Murders 1,202 and Police Fatality 258
2014- Murders 1,006 and Police Fatality 115
2015 - Murders 1,209 and Police Fatality 98(lowest since 1999)
2016 - Murders 1,355 and Police Fatality 111
2017 - Murders 1,647 and Police Fatality 160
2018 - Murders 1,291 and Police Fatality 133
2019 - Murders 1,340 and Police Fatality 85
2020 - Murders 1,334 and Police Fatality 115
2021 - Murders 1,479 and Police Fatality 127
2022 - Murders 1,516 and Police Fatality 134
2023- Murders 1,406 and Police Fatality 155
2024 - Murders 1,147 and Police Fatality 189
2025 - Murders 675 and Police Fatality 311
2026 - Murders estimate under 600 and Police Fatality estimate over 250.

According to the data provided above it is clear once you have 220 and over police fatality you will have under 1,205 murders annually . Only the year of 2014 was a rule to the exception but if you notice . Also when you look at the statistics anytime police fatality down murders up automatically up . Most of us Jamaicans would love to see under 50 police fatality annually but the reality is crime will have to be under 500 consistently for atleast 5-10 years but the day you stop taking the fight to criminals you will see high murder rate again. Message to Police Officers and to Police Commissioner try to find a balance and get police fatality to under 150 consistently starting 2027 and beyond .Police Officers who unalive innocent civilians who are not in a gang or in criminal activities should be dealt with harshly .Decade ago atleast 12 police use to be murdered annually by criminals that was very high compared to countries around the world. The only time from 2009 -present where there's over 220 police fatality and have over 1,205 murders annually was in 2009 and 2010 . So question to the public do you want high police fatality and have over 1000 murders annually or have high police fatality and have low murder rate ?

Complacency is the JLP biggest enemy ‼️‼️

Homer Davis can't win St.James Southern in the next General Election‼️‼️

I am now learning that Homer Davis want to be the JLP caretaker for St.James Southern when he's 78 years old in the likely 2030 General Election. The former MP was standard-bearer for four General Elections from 2011-2025 . He lost three times and only won once in 2020 . If the JLP the JLP really don't want to retain this seat they can use Homer Davis for a fifth term as Standard-bearer.

Mayor Richard Vernon is the frontrunner for that seat based on what I am hearing him have family there . But if he's not interesting because of the the safe seat in East Central St.James I have one quality candidate who's from that seat who can defeat Nekeisha Burchell . Even though Homer Davis lost by 199 votes he can't defeat Ms.Burchell. It is time for the likes of Homer Davis ,Norman Dunn ,Dwight Sibblies ,Dave Brown and couple other caretakers to announce their retirement as Caretakers .

Homer Davis St.James Southern General Election Record :

2011 defeat
2016 defeat
2020 victory
2025 defeat

ARGUMENTS FOR A MASSIVE MASS CONFERENCE IN ST.ELIZABETH🇯🇲🇯🇲💚💚

According to PNP supporters on Social Media the JLP is not loved anymore in Western and Central Jamaica Post-Hurricane Melissa. So why not have the conference in St.Elizabeth,Manchester OR St.James to unalive that narrative ? Otherwise from unaliving that narrative the JLP would use that conference to talk about rebuilding the West and Central Jamaica by advertising NARRA there . Whether the PNP wanna call the JLP followers nothing is wrong with that . But I believe having a massive conference especially in St.Elizabeth would signal to the entire Jamaica that the JLP is serious on turning St.Elizabeth into the third city by having the first major conference by a major political party . St. Elizabeth is also the bread basket of Jamaica so it's fair to have a conference there. Manchester have several conference in the past so they can do without one now . St.James in the west don't need a conference now .

Inclosing giving St.Elizabeth a mass conference when that parish is down infrastructure wise is a great moral booster for them and historically that would be a great look for Jamaica when history is told 50 years from now . I see some of you labourites bashing yours truly Teddylee Gray for calling on Prine Minister Andrew Holness to have a conference in St.Elizabeth, I hope you all read before you comment . I heard from some labourites that logistics wise its costly and that St.Elizabeth can't hold so much labourites so they rather it to be kept in Kingston . Those are good points but imagine somewhere is found in St.Elizabeth and packed with labourites that would be great for the party because some Jamaicans especially in the west and central Jamaica believe their conditions Post-Hurricane Melissa ain't being addressed quickly so why not go there and explain and bring hope ? Persons in support of it say Holland ,Bamboo ,Lacovia Community Centre can be looked at as the location . I see PNP supporters saying copycat I suspect they are upset that they never kept it in St.Elizabeth instead of Westmoreland.

Marking Golding looking strong according to Don Anderson poll

Of the 75% I can bet atleast 50% are JLP supporters and 53% .

Delano Seiveright or Marlene Malahoo to Education and Youth Ministry

If Dr.Dana Morris-Dixon is sent the the Finance Ministry to assist Fayval Williams that would be great for the country and the JLP . The two best persons to lead that ministry are Delano Seiveright and Marlene Malahoo Forte. Strong leadership ,energy and communications needed there .
