Congratulations to our very own Mr. Wesley Boynes, Chairman of the Northgate Youth and Family Development Foundation (NYFDF) and Senior Elder of Philadelphia Life Centre (PLC) in Ocho Rios, St.Ann, who will be honored by the Government of Jamaica with a Badge of Honor for Meritorious Service in Education, Philanthropy, and Religion.

DNW’s phrase aptly describes our Community Day Outing on Sunday July 29, 2023 : "NOW THAT'S A BEAUTIFUL THING"

Beautiful was the image of the Hebronites forming a wall around the community as the men stood on the periphery (I dont think they planned it...seemed to just happen naturally) during our time of Corporate Worship beneath the amazing blue skies.

Beautiful was the seamless interactions across all age groups.

Beautiful was the surrounding of our two baptismal candidates by other youth and young adults who had themselves also made this marvelous step. There was great assurance that we are here for them and they will make it to the Finish if they just remain on the Path.

Beautiful was the weather that was so wonderful.

Beautiful it was that we all worked together for clean up and pack up after what was indeed a beautiful day of sharing life and love. I could not have wanted a better day, or be in another place and I watched with pride and admiration my SE Wesley Boynes , supported by elders and secondary leaders, mobilising a community along this journey which continues to forge us and make us strong.

DNW: Maturity is a beautiful thing. Let's all continue to grow.
