I popped prosecco.
Because joy is strategy.
Because this retreat was always going to begin with celebration.
Itās been two weeks since our August retreat wrapped, and Iāve been deep in reflectionāprocessing and integrating on a vineyard in Linguaglossa, with Mt. Etna erupting daily in the distance. Yes, itās been every bit as magical as it sounds.
Now Iām back at preparing for Octoberās retreat and welcoming the next cohort of women leaders. (Message me to apply or join the mailing listājust a few spots remain.)
Before I share more photos, videos, and guest reflections, here are a few lessons and affirmations Iām carrying forward:
šš½Honor the value of your work. It matters.
šš½You can thrive as your authentic self. You donāt need to shrink or shapeshift.
šš½My deepest passion is helping leaders (and organizations) reach their full potential.
šš½You cannot hold safe space for others while living in dissonance. Authenticity is non-negotiable
šš½Itās okay to be vulnerable and in your own process of becomingāeven while leading. Thatās not a flaw. Itās a powerful form of leadership.
šš½Holding space for women who lead is no small task. Iāve learned I need someone on-site taking care of me too.

Energetic Boundaries vs. Emotional Walls
Thereās a subtle but powerful difference.
šŖ· Boundaries honor your energy. Theyāre clear, compassionate, and rooted in self-respect.
š§± Walls are built from fear. They disconnect, numb, and isolate.
We often confuse the twoāespecially when healing old wounds or navigating high-sensitivity. But one protects your aliveness, while the other dims it.

We often think of communication as verbal, but the truth is:
