Strong Men Seek Support.
As Men’s Mental Health Month continues, the Support Brigade hosted a meaningful and timely mental health session today led by Dr Brian Kazaara from the Bellevue Hospital. The engagement brought together over 200 servicemen for a frank and necessary conversation on mental wellness, emotional resilience, stress management and the importance of seeking support before silence becomes suffering.
The session reinforced a simple but powerful truth: mental strength is not the absence of struggle, but the courage to confront it with honesty and support.
As the Brigade continues to promote a culture of care, awareness and responsible leadership, this engagement served as another important step in breaking stigma, encouraging early intervention and reminding every serviceman that no one stands alone.
