This contemporary home we designed and managed from the sketch pad on to site utilising a CLT structure, large PV array, and air source heat pumps, all wrapped up in beautiful sustainable materials. A true low-carbon template for the future. Huge thanks to .interiors for their incredible interior vision.

Two replacement dwellings progressing well on site landscape works will be coming soon. These two dwellings designed with a balance of traditional materials including granite juxtaposed with contemporary glazing to enhance the internal living environment.

We are delighted with an appeal win to redevelop a single house in St Brelade's Bay for five stunning apartments, with architecture and design from MSPlanning Ltd.
We had great support throughout from the Planning Authority and Committee, and the Minister has now dismissed a challenge from neighbours, endorsing the recommendation of the independent Inspector.

PLANNING APPROVED

MSPlanning are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for the replacement dwelling known as Cutty Sark, located in the heart of St. Ouen’s Bay.
Following a strong recommendation for approval from the Planning Department, the proposal received unanimous approval from the Planning Committee.

This project has been an absolute joy to design and develop alongside the consultant team. We very much look forward to taking this to site and seeing the finished building in the near future.

We are delighted to have secured Planning Approval for Eastwood, a traditional granite bungalow incorporating considered contemporary features. Located within the Green Zone of the Island Plan, the project required a sensitive design response, allowing us to respect the established rural character while introducing modern elements where appropriate. A key feature of the design is the double-ended glazed gable, which brings generous natural light into the heart of the home while maintaining the integrity of the traditional form.
