It may be a disjointed week this week with the kids breaking up, the sun shining and England games ⚽️, so make sure you plan ahead. PLAN, PLAN, PLAN, ACTION!!
It doesn’t mean you can’t train, it just means you may have to change your training times to work around things. If you make a booking and commit to something you are more likely to get it done.

Old data can’t predict the future when it comes to your body.
Don’t waste time looking back at what you used to lift and how fast you used to do things. Work with what you have now and what you are capable of doing right now.
Also, look at what you are prepared to sacrifice now in order to achieve what you want. Be a realist, be honest with yourself, be kind to yourself and enjoy everything you are doing.
Your body changes, your circumstances change, your priorities change but your goals remain the same. Be the best version of yourself, for yourself and the people around you.
