Please join Tabitha and Kinga for an evening of movement and relaxation.

We’ll start with a gentle Pilates session led by Tabitha, to wake up the body, build strength, and release any tension you’ve been holding onto.
We’ll then ease into a Sound Bath meditation, and Kinga will use the sound of the instruments and her voice to clear, balance, and harmonize your energy field.

Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in. We’ll begin on time.

Wear something comfortable and bring a mat (or two for extra padding), a cushion, blanket, and some water, as you’ll be lying down for around 60 minutes.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, late cancellations or no-shows can’t be refunded.

Join Kinga and Carol for a gently guided, multi-layered experience designed to support deep relaxation, soul remembering, and energetic realignment beyond stories, identities, and conditioned programs.

The evening will begin with a sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to release tension. The frequencies and tones will create a receptive inner space, preparing participants to move out of mental activity and into embodied presence.

From this state of openness, the experience will flow into Remembering the Original Blueprint of your soul—a guided meditation that invites awareness beyond timelines, narratives, and learned patterns. Rather than working through personal stories, this portion will support a quiet reconnection with your original essence, gifts, and potential through resonance and inner recognition.

The experience will conclude with Light Language, offered by Carol and Kinga together. This shared transmission will support integration of the blueprint remembrance, allowing the frequencies to anchor gently within the body and energy field. No understanding is required, you are invited simply to receive and rest.
