Hi everyone

I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon again in April in aid of Alzeimer's Research UK and hoping to beat last year's time of 3 hours and 5 minutes.

I would be grateful for any support towards my fundraising page (my target this year is £650) but unfortunately, I have not got off to a good start, any size of donation would be very much appreciated.

I have recently rescued a couple of birds which have fallen down chimneys.

This is can easily be prevented by having a bird cowl fitted on a used chimney or a closing cap fitted on a redundant chimney.

Don't wait for this to happen, some customers do not realise the poor bird has fallen down the chimney until the winter when it is discovered when having their chimney swept - if discovered at all.
