You ask….we answer

Our very popular Big Jac Burger, now available with a proper Gluten free option.

6oz of pure Jersey Beef, double bacon, double cheese, and the usual trimmings of Jersey tomato, lettuce, gherkin and onion.

Still served with our inhouse hand-cut Chips.
If you ever wondered about our chip making process, we cut by hand every morning, pre-cook them at 11am at 160deg for 4minutes. Then we cook them for a second time on order, at 190deg C until golden brown for that crispy outside and fluffy inside. Our oil is changed twice a week and our fryers are meticulously cleaned (drained and soap washed) every single night!

Why? Because we care. The extra effort is definitely worth it!

We have increased our staffing levels from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. This has been done primarily to reduce the pressure on our team, while also ensuring an even faster and a more attentive service for you.
