Try the Two-Minute Reset. Every time your brain starts acting like a browser with 47 tabs open (and one of them is playing music, but you can’t find which), take two minutes to reset your body: drink water, stretch, or stare dramatically out a window like you’re in a music video. 🎤
It won’t fix your life, but wow does it confuse your stress hormones long enough for you to function again.🤪
