We’re delighted to share that our team embraced the Christmas Jumper Day tradition and raised £650 in support of the Centrepoint Jersey Christmas Hamper Appeal, a fantastic initiative helping enrich the festive season for local children and their families.

After the success of last year, we donned our skates once again last week and were joined by 100 children from the Jersey Child Care Trust along with some intermediaries and their families to kick start the Christmas festivities. Baccata was founded in the same year as the Jersey Childcare Trust and we are thrilled to continue to support this local charity. This year we introduced our Baccata beanies which kept everyone nice and warm! We hope all that attended enjoyed the event as much as we did.

We had a great time on Saturday at the Family Nursing & Home Care Colour Festival.

All profits raised from the Colour Festival funds the extraordinary work of FNHC’s Paediatric Palliative Care Team. This team provides respite for families with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses, allowing children to achieve their goals and have the same experiences as others whenever possible.

Family Nursing & Home Care (FNHC) Colour Festival is taking place this Saturday 26th April at St. Helier Beach (West Park end, near La Fregate).

We are delighted to be sponsoring this event and look forward to throwing green paint at the runners, and especially at our colleagues!
