I live a full life, one I’m proud of.

But fullness doesn’t always equal balance.

I’ve learnt that the same urgency that helps me build businesses, lead teams, and get things done… can also be the thing that stops me resting.

Starting my online business forced me to look inward: at my mindset, my nervous system, and how I define success.

This is still the work I need to do more of. Slowing down doesn’t come naturally to me.
