Info about accomodation in Rome, interesting, fun and conteporary news of the city My name is Michele, I adore my city (Rome) where I was born and raised.
I then left Italy to travel the world for several years and finally came back to Rome where I find my destination, steady work and my family. I promote a small but select number of apartments, studios, penthouses in the heart of Antique Rome. The right quality of the flat, the price, and my assistance during the entire journey is the first sign that everyone notice after few hours. The result of e

Garbatella area: a really special place in Rome!
This entire neighborhood was built by the city in the 1920's as primarily public housing. It was mostly built in the Rococo style and each building was built to have its own garden or central area inside of it, like a large courtyard to provide space for its residents to get together. This is one of the many gems nestled within the city. You get lost walking http://bit.ly/14wgSU8

Walking inside Trastevere area!!
The heart of Trastevere is Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, a pedestrianised square piazza lined with restaurants and pricey bars, faded palazzi, and the church of Santa Maria in Trastevere. The steps surrounding the pretty central fountain are a popular hang-out spot for a non-typical crowd (watch out for unwashed jugglers). Heading up the lane to the right of the church, and... http://bit.ly/13gsIRp

Summer is arriving!! Rome's Most Convenient Beach
Romans often say that the beaches near Rome just aren't that nice but after visiting Santa Marinella, I beg to differ.
Is a small town 60km north of Rome. The beaches here tend to be far less crowded than the ones at Ostia. Santa Marinella can be reached by train (35 minutes) as well as by bus from Rome (almost 1 h).
The beach at Santa Marinella, a seaside comune just outside the city, has a couple of things going for it. First off, it's free. Although that might sound odd if you haven't sunbathed in Italy before, most other beaches cost you.

It is that time of year again – the time when Northern Rome’s Stadio Olimpico gets even more crazy than usual as the city’s two teams face each for ‘right to represent the city of Rome in Italy.’ Being one of the greatest derbies in football, this game is marked by a huge turn-out, excitement…and occasionally violence. http://bit.ly/12yy6if

Sunday market in San Basilio Rome!
“We aim to keep the market simple, by allowing only real junk dealers, who have emptied cellars, attics and garages that have not been touched for years and can be full of interesting objects. This way we have created a group of loyal visitors, who are at the market every week.” The organizer of the market declaired.
