From Milan to London, Lorenzo Echeoni opened this journey by giving shape to its vision and its call for a more conscious way of leading.

Executive Director of Assoholding and co-CEO of G2R, he introduced Common Home as a space for dialogue between business, institutions, and changemakers.

The initiative becomes a space where people, ideas, and organizations come together to explore a more conscious and regenerative vision of leadership 🌱

In a world shaped by climate pressure, social fragility, resource scarcity, and geopolitical uncertainty, companies can no longer rely on linear models of growth.

Extracting, producing, compensating, and reporting is not enough to navigate cascading crises.

The real competitive edge will belong to organizations able to read interdependence, anticipate systemic risk, and redesign their role within the ecosystems they depend on 🌱

From Milan to London, Edoardo De Vito contributed to Common Home 2026 with an international vision rooted in dialogue, strategic thinking, and shared value.

President of Delta and co-CEO of G2R, he opened the Milan edition by presenting the vision behind Common Home: a platform where companies, institutions, and changemakers can explore new ways of connecting responsibility, growth, and long-term impact.

He also led the Company Pitch Feedback session, turning the final part of the Milan programme into a concrete moment of exchange, insight, and strategic reflection for the companies involved.

In London, he continued this journey, helping bring Common Home’s international ambition to life: connecting people, markets, and ideas around a more responsible vision of business 🌱

The relationships it protects.
The ecosystems it depends on.
The communities it helps strengthen.

Regenerative value asks companies to look beyond the boundaries of the organization and recognize a simple truth: business does not create value alone.
It creates value within a living system, and the quality of that system is part of the value itself.

From Milan to London, Laura Maria Ferri brought to the Common Home stage a clear and timely reflection on the future of business:
how can companies lead between profit and purpose?

Associate Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a focus on sustainability strategy and innovation, she contributed to the Milan roundtable on 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, and continued the conversation in London with her intervention:

“𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞: 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧”.

Her perspective reminds us that purpose is a way to rethink the origin, direction, and responsibility of value creation.

🌍 On World Environment Day, we are reminded that the environment is the foundation of life, health, communities, and economic development.

For Common Home, protecting the planet means rethinking the way we live, lead, produce, and create value.

Regeneration begins when we stop treating nature as something to consume, and start recognizing it as the living system that makes our future possible.

From Milan to London, Enrico Foglia helped shape the Common Home journey as a space for shared thinking, social impact, and regenerative transformation.

Co-founder of the Regenerative Marketing Institute, he brought to both editions a perspective rooted in the connection between business, sustainability, and the creation of long-term value.

In Milan, he contributed to the opening reflection on what Common Home is and led the conversation “From fibre to the future”, exploring how Aquafil is regenerating industry, communities, and the very idea of value.

In London, he continued this journey by helping bring together voices, disciplines, and organizations around a common question: how can leadership become truly regenerative?

His contribution reminds us that regeneration is a way to connect people, rethink business, and build new possibilities for the future 🌱

📸 Photography can be far more than a visual testimony.

It can become a space for listening, a form of awareness, a language capable of bringing into focus what often remains at the margins: people, communities, places, vulnerabilities and transformations.

From this perspective, the Premio Acquisizione Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. carries a cultural value that goes beyond artistic recognition. It supports photographic works that read the present through the lenses of equity, empowerment and sustainability.

Among the artists awarded this year is Francesco Bellina, photographer and documentary artist. At Common Home Milan 2026, he brought to the stage his powerful visual language and his ability to witness the fractures of our time.

For Paolo Taticchi, the transformation of business is no longer optional.
At Common Home 2026, he reminded us that this shift is necessary for future generations, for the planet, for society - and for companies that want to remain competitive in a changing world.

The next generation of business will be built by those who understand that responsibility and competitiveness now move together.

In Milan and London, Paolo Taticchi, OMRI, brought to the Common Home stage his keynote:
“𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐫𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩”.

His message was direct: climate risk is economic risk.
For business, sustainability is no longer a side commitment.
It is becoming part of the new rules of competitiveness.

Companies are being called to rethink products, processes, technologies, and business models.

For Taticchi, moving beyond sustainability means understanding that climate action, innovation, and competitiveness are now part of the same strategic horizon.
