La fine delle riprese non coincide con la fine di un progetto. La chiusura di produzione è meno visibile, ma ha un’importanza strategica fondamentale.

Restituire in modo strutturato tutto ciò che il progetto ha generato permette di trasformare l’esperienza in metodo. Così, ogni produzione diventa più solida della precedente, in un ciclo di miglioramento continuo.

The other day we were enjoying a perfectly respectable cappuccino con cacao at our local café when we overheard someone say: “Come on guys, we’ve got a female prime minister. What are women still complaining about when it comes to gender equality?”

Fake news.

A lot of people like to think gender equality was achieved the moment we started talking about it. But if you take a closer look, things aren’t quite that simple.

At Small Forward, we’d rather assume there’s still plenty of work to do, and actually do it.
