๐ŸŒ Two months of intense life for our sisters in the Philippines!
It all started with the visit of our General Sister Charo, accompanied by Inรฉs and Margari. On the agenda: meetings with our sisters, families, collaboratorsโ€ฆ And above all, the question that guides everything: how can we better respond to what the Lord asks of us?
The provincial gathering opened with a big celebration: 60 years of the province โ€” marking the anniversary of our sistersโ€™ arrival in February 1956. ๐ŸŽ‰
Afterwards, the sisters stayed together to explore essential topics such as communal discernment and the deepening of the vows.
On May 18, many gathered for another moment of pure joy: Michelleโ€™s perpetual profession in our community of Daraga. ๐Ÿค
And finally โ€” they kicked off the round of provincial congregations. First ones out of the gate! ๐Ÿ™Œ
So much life, so much grace. โœจ Solo gracias!

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ June 19 โ€” International Migrants Day
Last night in Rome, we remembered all those who took to the road in search of a better lifeโ€ฆ and never arrived.
They are so many. Too many.
The Pope speaks to us from the Canary Islands :
ยซ Let history not have to accuse us of having made the pain of those who suffer a familiar landscape on our shores. For today, here, at the waterโ€™s edge, every life that arrives asks us what remains of our humanity. Sooner or later, it will be known: whether we knew how to preserve it, or whether we let indifference speak in our place. ยป
So today, wherever you are โ€” welcome your brother.

๐ŸŒ Busy months of April and May in East Timor and Indonesia! In no particular order: Charoโ€™s visit in Indonesia in Sukaria and Benlutu with the blessing of our house and Lourdesโ€™ renewal of her vows, Geniโ€™s final profesion, the feast of Saint Raphaela Mary, and saying goodbye to Honey as she heads back to Indiaโ€ฆ ๐ŸŽŠ
So many reasons to give thanks to the Lord for so much life!

Yesterday, Sunday, on the Feast of Corpus Christi, our sisters in the Philippines concluded their Vice Provincial Congregation.
Francia, the Vice Provincial Superior, shares her gratitude:
โ€œWe are grateful for a grace-filled and Spirit-filled Vice Provincial Congregation. We ended our Vice Provincial Congregation on this day, our significant feast, the Eucharist, our life as Handmaids. Thank you for accompanying us with your loving prayers. AMDG! Happy Feast to all!โ€
We join our sisters in giving thanks for the graces received during these days of discernment, listening, and communion.
๐Ÿ™ Let us continue to pray for the Philippines Vice Province and for all the Provincial Congregations taking place throughout the Institute.

โ€œDo this in memory of meโ€
In my busy week, what place does the Eucharist have? Do I go? Do I sleep in? Or does something else come first?
๐Ÿ’ญ Is it really the most important appointment of my week?
At every Mass, Jesus gives Himself to us.
๐Ÿž He is our Bread of Life.
โค๏ธ He nourishes us.
๐Ÿค He brings us together.
๐Ÿ”ฅ He sends us out.
And He asks us to do this in memory of Him.
The Eucharist is not just a ritual. It is an encounter that changes lives.
But receiving Jesus also means welcoming those around us. Faith is never meant to be lived alone: we walk together as a community, just as Jesus did with His disciples and as the first Christians did.
โœจ Do I know my parish community?
โœจ Do I share my faith and my gifts with others?
โœจ Do I bring the joy I receive from Jesus into the world around me?
๐ŸŒ From the altar to everyday life, from communion to mission, let us be witnesses of hope.

In this coming Sundayโ€™s Gospel, Jesus offers us the ultimate gift of Himself in the Holy Eucharist. He doesn't just walk alongside us; He desires to dwell within us, nourishing our souls and giving us the strength to face life's daily journeys.

For us as Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (ACI), the Eucharist is the very center of our lives. Every single day, we spend time in Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. It is in this quiet, sacred space before the Monstrance that we bring the joys, sorrows, and needs of the world to His Sacred Heart.

Finding your vocation isnโ€™t about figuring everything out on your own. It starts by letting yourself be fed by the One who loves you infinitely. When you receive Him in Holy Communion and sit with Him in Adoration, He slowly transforms your heart, helping you hear His gentle voice asking, "Will you follow me?"

Come and rest in His presence. Let the Living Bread strengthen your steps.

โœ…Where in your life do you feel a deep hunger for peace, clarity, or purpose?
โœ…How can spending time with Jesus in the Eucharist help you discern His unique plan for your life?

If you feel a quiet tug in your heart toward religious life, or if you simply want someone to pray with you on your discernment journey, our doors and our hearts are open. Send us a message today! ๐Ÿ’Œ

Itโ€™s not about checking off a list or knowing every congregation.
Itโ€™s more like this: you walk in, you feel at easeโ€ฆ you feel at home.
And youโ€”do you know where your home is? Need a โ€œreal estate agentโ€ ๐Ÿ˜‰?

โœจ On May 29, Cate, from the Italy Province, said her definitive Yes to the Lord.
๐Ÿ“ The celebration took place in her hometown of Bologna.
๐ŸŒ To symbolize the lands we came from, as well as those Cate has walked throughout her life and mission, we brought a little soil from each place.
๐Ÿคฒ A simple yet meaningful gesture, reminding us that wherever we are, the Lord says to us:
๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œSei qui! E questo mi bastaโ€
โ€œYou are here! And that is enough for me.โ€
โค๏ธ As expressed: โ€œDio resta e a chi in Lui confida nulla mancherร โ€
โ€œGod is always there, and those who place their trust in Him will lack nothing.โ€
๐Ÿ™ May Cate always know that the Lord walks with her and accompanies her every moment of her life!
