This morning, in the Philippines, the first Provincial Congregation of the Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus began.
This Provincial Congregation marks the beginning of a journey that will lead each of our twelve Provinces to celebrate its own Provincial Congregation by the end of August. These will be valuable times of discernment, listening, and sharing as we prepare for our next General Congregation in February and seek together how to respond to the needs of today’s world in the light of the Gospel.
Following the example of the Holy Trinity, may we know how to listen attentively to one another and recognize the deepest desires that are being expressed among us.
Let us keep our sisters in the Philippines in our prayers as they take the first steps on this important journey. May the Holy Spirit enlighten, inspire, and guide them in their reflections, so that they may confidently discern the paths that the Lord is opening before us.
🙏 Let us also pray for each of the Provincial Congregations yet to come.

A joyful celebration took place on May 13th for our sisters in Benlutu (Indonesia), Betty and Lourdes, together with our sisters Rosario, Inés and Margari, as well as several sisters who came from Timor Leste. This beautiful day was marked by a Eucharistic celebration for the blessing of our house and also for the renewal of Lourdes’ vows. Monsignor Hironimus Pakaeoni presided over the celebration.
The whole celebration had been carefully prepared with great care by both the sisters and the local community. Since our arrival in Benlutu, so many people have welcomed, helped and supported us. This Mass was therefore also a heartfelt thanksgiving, as Sister Rosario expressed:
“Mis primeras palabras quieren ser un GRAN GRACIAS. Desde nuestra llegada a Benlutu en el año 2024, las Hermanas se han sentido profundamente acogidas, acompañadas y queridas por todos ustedes.”
We too give thanks for all the people who accompany us whenever we arrive in new places, for all the people of Benlutu, and for all those who surround us each day with such generosity

🕊️ Happy Pentecost! 🔥
It might seem like a departure, an absence…
And yet, it is exactly the opposite:
You do not leave us orphaned.
Where our eyes no longer see Jesus walking beside us,
You come to dwell in our hearts ❤️
to remain with us forever.
When our strength fails,
You become our breath 🌬️
When doubt overwhelms us,
You are our light ✨
When fear paralyzes us,
You are our defender and our peace 🤍
Holy Spirit,
teach us to recognize Your quiet presence
in our ordinary days:
in a word that lifts us up,
in a silence that brings peace,
in a joy freely given for no apparent reason 😊
🔥 Make us witnesses filled with Your fire,
not Christians closed in on themselves,
but living and courageous disciples,
full of hope.
Even today,
come renew Your Church ⛪
come renew our communities,
come renew each of our hearts ❤️
May each one of us welcome You abundantly.
And let us bring to the world 🌍
the joy that comes from You!

In the “Little Farmers” project by ProAcis, in East Timor 🇹🇱, children learn how to plant, care for, and harvest their own food 🥬🌱
Guided by people who teach them how to work the land, they discover a way of learning by doing.
What is taught here doesn’t stay in the classroom: children take it home, share it with their families, and turn it into a way to improve their nutrition and their future.

🌍✨ We continue the Laudato Si’ Week with a simple challenge: choosing more sustainable lifestyles 💚
But concretely, so what can I do? 👀
🛍️ buy less but better… “Do I really need this?”
🚲 choose bikes, trains, or carpooling
🥦 eat more local and seasonal food
♻️ buy second-hand
💡 avoid waste
🧥 in winter, wear an extra sweater and lower the heating a little
📱 disconnect a bit to reconnect better with others and creation
Caring for the planet 🌎 also means caring for the most vulnerable 🤝
No need to be perfect.
What matters is to begin… one step at a time 👣✨
And you… what will your action be today? 💭💚

Thanks for your Yes to the Lord! Remain always in His Love.

✨ From Hope to Action ✨
Our faith is not lived only through prayer 🙏
It is also lived out concretely every day through our choices, our actions, and the way we love 🌍💚
This week, we are called to:
🌱 care for our common home
🤝 stay close to the poorest
💡 embrace a lifestyle inspired by Laudato Si’
So today, I ask myself this question 👀
👉 What am I going to do to better listen to those around me?
Because there are silent cries… 💔🌎
🔥 So let’s roll up our sleeves!
We reflect — alone or together 🫶 — and then we ACT.
❌ Don’t wait for others to begin.
✅ Ask yourself: WHAT will my action be today?

Happy feast day to everyone!
May Saint Raphaela Mary intercede for all of us and for all those who are dear to us.
🕊️ May she intercede for peace in the world, which we so deeply need.
🙏 Thank You, Lord, for her life!

✨ Final day of our novena… Rafaela dies… and tomorrow we celebrate Saint Raphaela Mary ❤️
After 32 years of a “hidden life” in Rome, far from honors and recognition, she chose humility, silence… and complete trust in God. 🤍
Two sentences say so much about her life:
✨ “Let us be humble, humble, humble…”
✨ “God always knows better than we do what is best for each of us.”
Saint Raphaela reminds us that the most hidden lives are often the ones that bear the most fruit. 🌱
And you, what intention would you like to entrust to her on this last day of the novena? 👇🙏
